Pancake Day - Pancake day is always such a fun day in Nursery.  We have read stories about pancakes, made play dough pancakes, squeezed lemons, made batter and even had a pancake race.  The children have learnt why we celebrate Shrove Tuesday before the start of Lent and local traditions. Every child ate a pancake, with many commenting that it was 'delicious!'.
