This week has been a special time to celebrate the joy of reading and storytelling. We have encouraged the children to develop a love for books through lots of fun activities. We have been focusing on Nick Sharratt books.

On Tuesday, the children listened to the story 'Were Going on a Bear Hunt' before we went on a Bear Hunt around the nursery garden. Later that day, we invited the parents/carers to story time with their children. This was well attended and enjoyed by all.

On Wednesday, we celebrated World Book Day at school.  We had a special visit from Paul, who works for Milton Keynes library.  He read some very exciting stories which the children loved. 

Book Week fosters imagination, language development, and a sense of community, helping children explore different worlds through the magic of stories.
