The children have begun to learn about growing. We planted some cress seeds and the children have been checking them daily to see how much they have grown.

We learnt how roots and shoots grow out of seeds and how to look after plants.

The children played in a garden centre, and we started to plant seeds in the nursery garden. We can't wait for them to grow, and we will continue to help care for the plants and watch them grow.

We went on a walk around the school looking for signs of spring.

Children began to look at how humans grow and the different stages of life from babies to the elderly. We role played a shoe shop and measured feet.
