During the second part of the half term we concentrated on stories such as the Ginger bread man, Three billy goats gruff, Little red riding hood and Jack and the beanstalk to name a few.  The children have learnt many phrases from the stories such as 'Fee, fi, fo fum', 'run run as fast you as you can, you can't catch me I'm the Gingerbread man' and 'Who's that trip trapping over my bridge?'.  We hope that this love of traditional tales stays with the children.
